Founded in July 2015, Hi-tech Polyace Biobased Fiber Co., Ltd. belongs to the third-level subsidiary company of the central enterprise. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating spinning, twisting, dyeing and finishing with the core business of R&D, production and sales of bio-based composite yarn. The company mainly deals in bio-based filament, bio-based filament, bio-based filament composite yarn, bio-based staple fiber composite yarn, high-strength polyester sewing yarn, high-strength nylon sewing yarn. The company has various kinds of filament, staple twister, compound machine, monthly production capacity of 350 tons. As a dyeing and finishing base, Hengtian Polis also has two dyeing production lines of cylinder and jet cylinder as well as the matching yarn of cylinder dyeing and skeing dyeing. The dyeing plant produces 100 tons of tube dyeing per month, 200 tons of skein dyeing per month, and 300 tons of matching yarn per month.
